Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities
- Conduct thorough testing of new systems and modifications to ensure quality and performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements
- Work closely with development teams to implement and integrate system solutions
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
- Experience in banking or financial services programs (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in system analysis methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with database management and SQL
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management principles
