Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user flows
- Design intuitive UI/UX interfaces for healthcare and eldercare applications
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions
- Ensure accessibility compliance and adherence to healthcare industry standards
- Document system requirements and design specifications for development teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, or related field
- Proven experience in both system analysis and UI/UX design roles
- Portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX projects, especially in healthcare or eldercare
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, and workflow documentation
- Knowledge of healthcare technology standards and elderly care systems
