Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Document system requirements, workflows, and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve system outages with SLA adherence
- Design and implement system enhancements for improved performance
- Conduct user training and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with vendors on solution integrations and upgrades
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in M365 administration and support
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell and automation tools
- Certification in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-900, MS-100) preferred
- Experience with ITIL service management principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
