Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing information systems and identify opportunities for optimization and performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Serve as the key bridge between business users and the technical development team throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct thorough testing of new system implementations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system operations.
- Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies for project-related issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in systems analysis or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proven ability to document complex processes and technical requirements accurately.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and business process mapping.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
