Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet business requirements
- Document business processes, system functionalities, and technical specifications
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing systems
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to wholesale banking
- Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of wholesale banking processes, products, and services
- Proficiency in data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation
- Experience with system analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
