- Analyze complex datasets to evaluate existing processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to define clear job specifications and role responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive documentation of workflows, systems, and organizational structures
- Translate business requirements into actionable system improvement plans
- Conduct gap analysis between current operations and industry best practices
- Implement and monitor process efficiency metrics and KPIs
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visual reports and presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process analysis, job design, or systems optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and workflow mapping software
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) preferred
- Experience in educational institution operations or similar complex environments
