Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, network devices, and desktops
- Handle installations, upgrades, and repairs of hardware/software systems
- Provide daily user support and resolve technical issues promptly
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate configuration records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in system administration and network management
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, MCSA, CCNA) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
