As a System Assurance Engineer, you will be key in executing system safety, reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAMS) protocols across the lifecycle of the railway project. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and update the System Assurance Plan (SAP) in strict alignment with international railway standards such as EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129.
- Conduct formal RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) evaluations, hazard identification sessions (HAZID/HAZOP), and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA).
- Establish, manage, and continuously audit the project Hazard Log, ensuring all hazards are tracked through to mitigation and formal closure.
- Interface directly with design, construction, testing, and commissioning teams to seamlessly integrate system assurance requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical safety cases, compliance checklists, and assurance reports for submission to clients and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate internal audits and review subcontractor safety and compliance documentation to maintain quality standards.
- Support site testing activities by verifying that safety-critical subsystems function according to predefined requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE).
- Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in system assurance, RAMS engineering, or quality/safety compliance within railway or large-scale transit projects.
- Familiarity with international railway engineering standards (EN 50126 / EN 50128 / EN 50129).
- Competency in risk assessment methodologies, including Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Hazard Analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and excellent technical reporting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Malolos City, Bulacan.
