Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks for internal systems and product lifecycles.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO, cybersecurity protocols, and industry-specific regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate compliance-by-design principles into new product development.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory landscapes to proactively update operational procedures.
- Manage documentation for quality certifications and regulatory submissions.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation strategies in coordination with the IT security team.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on compliance best practices and data protection policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system compliance, quality assurance, or cybersecurity auditing.
- Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to the technology/manufacturing sector in Malaysia.
- Proven ability to interpret complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable operational workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, or CQE) is highly desirable.
