Are you an expert in Workday configuration with a passion for leading high-performing technical teams? Asia Select Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic System Configuration Supervisor (Workday) to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HRIS infrastructure, ensuring that our Workday environment is optimized, scalable, and fully aligned with global business requirements.
As the System Configuration Supervisor, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday modules. You will serve as the primary bridge between technical configurations and business stakeholders, troubleshooting complex system issues while driving process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of Workday configuration analysts to ensure high-quality delivery of system updates.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday functional modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll).
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday releases, including impact analysis and regression testing.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration guides.
- Provide expert-level support for system troubleshooting and resolve escalated technical incidents.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security compliance to ensure optimal user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate manual processes and optimize system functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Workday configuration, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing Workday Business Processes, Security Groups, Calculated Fields, and Reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements into technical configurations.
- Exceptional project management skills, specifically in managing multi-phase ERP system updates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Workday Pro Certification or relevant industry certifications are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of HR operational workflows and their technical dependencies.
