Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the System Control engineering team, providing technical guidance and performance mentorship.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of control system projects, from initial design and PLC/SCADA programming to testing and commissioning.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to define system requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensure all control system designs comply with international safety standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits for system troubleshooting, optimization, and project progress monitoring.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including logic diagrams, system architectures, and user manuals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reduce operational downtime.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring successful delivery within scope and resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or a related engineering field.
- At least 5–8 years of professional experience in industrial automation or system control.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a track record of handling complex engineering projects.
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Deep understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
