Ben Edictio Corp is seeking a highly skilled System Deployment & Project Manager to lead critical system implementation and integration projects in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This contract position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₱60,000 to ₱90,000. As a System Deployment & Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from initial planning and risk assessment to stakeholder communication and technical oversight. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of system deployment projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and facilitating decision-making.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance on system architecture, deployment methodologies, and best practices.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in system deployment and integration projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Familiarity with system deployment lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are highly preferred.
