We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to architect, deploy, and manage our enterprise-level systems. This role requires a deep understanding of system administration, network engineering, and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our systems.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with development teams to streamline deployment processes, managing server infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing security best practices. You will also participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a multi-vendor environment and have experience with virtualization, containerization, and monitoring tools.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Implement and maintain robust security controls, patches, and compliance standards across all systems.
- Automate routine tasks and infrastructure provisioning using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Collaborate with software development teams to support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and release management.
- Perform capacity planning, backup operations, and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
- Document system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides for the IT team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a System Engineer, System Administrator, or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu) operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in scripting and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs) and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, MCSE, RHCE, CCNA) are highly valued.
