Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that meet business needs
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Ensure system security through regular audits and implementation of security measures
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration and engineering
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Linux+ are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
