You will be responsible for configuring and managing complex networking systems to ensure seamless connectivity and security across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy and configure IT infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Configure and manage complex networking systems, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Perform onsite technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and hardware systems.
- Monitor system performance and health to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and patch management for servers and workstations.
- Collaborate with IT management to implement security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and network diagrams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Engineer, Network Administrator, or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.
- Experience with operating systems including Microsoft Windows Server and Linux distributions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
