Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, manage, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Provide technical support for system implementation and troubleshooting for regional clients.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security of network services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable network solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration backups.
- Perform regular system upgrades and patch management to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system engineering, network administration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, VLANs, routing, and switching technologies.
- Experience with network management software and security protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a diverse team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines.
