As we continue to innovate and expand our culinary footprint, we require a robust technical infrastructure to support our business operations.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical environment, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems, network infrastructure, and critical applications. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining system uptime, enhancing cybersecurity protocols, and driving digital efficiency across our restaurant network and corporate offices. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and monitor server infrastructure, including Windows/Linux environments and virtualization platforms.
- Design and implement reliable network solutions to ensure seamless connectivity across all restaurant outlets and the corporate office.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery drills, and security patch management to protect company data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology gaps and propose scalable system enhancements.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and office 365 tenant environments.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex hardware and software issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and IT procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration or network engineering.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
