Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain enterprise messaging systems to ensure high availability and security.
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline routine system administration tasks.
- Provide technical support and operational maintenance for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and implement proactive patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate new messaging tools and educational technologies.
- Draft and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data privacy standards across all supported platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in system administration or messaging infrastructure support.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for system automation.
- Solid understanding of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, Exchange/Office 365) and directory services (Active Directory).
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with institutional stakeholders.
