In this role, you will be the backbone of our parking management operations, ensuring that our high-traffic systems remain operational, efficient, and secure.
As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of car parking system configurations. This includes hands-on setup, rigorous system testing, and proactive troubleshooting to minimize downtime. You will play a critical role in analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing technical solutions that keep urban mobility moving smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain complex car parking hardware and software systems.
- Perform comprehensive system testing to ensure software reliability and integration.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for system-wide performance issues.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy system upgrades and security patches.
- Provide technical support and resolve escalated service incidents effectively.
- Analyze data trends to propose system optimizations and preventative measures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in system administration, configuration, or technical support.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to draw data-driven conclusions.
- Familiarity with parking management systems or industrial automation hardware is a plus.
- Proficient in network protocols and basic database management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear technical instructions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
