Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee solution design, implementation, and maintenance for various technology platforms
- Conduct comprehensive technology research and evaluation of emerging tools and systems
- Lead and coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of technical initiatives
- Monitor and optimize system operations, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and address technical challenges
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and operational procedures
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in system engineering, IT infrastructure, or technical project management
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and deployment processes
- Proficiency in operating systems, networking, and cloud technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
