As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining our Point of Sale (POS) systems across multiple store locations. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency of our daily operations and enhance the customer experience.
In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive system testing to identify and resolve technical issues before they affect our retail environment. You'll develop and deliver effective training programs for our store staff, ensuring they can utilize our technology systems with confidence. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot hardware and network issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal performance across all our retail locations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems across multiple Luckycup Coffee store locations
- Conduct comprehensive system testing to identify and resolve technical issues before implementation
- Develop and deliver effective training programs for store staff on new technology systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for reference
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and improvements
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical challenges
- Provide technical support during peak business hours to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system implementation, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and retail technology infrastructure
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and network configuration
- Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
