Tanggung Jawab

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems across multiple Luckycup Coffee store locations
  • Conduct comprehensive system testing to identify and resolve technical issues before implementation
  • Develop and deliver effective training programs for store staff on new technology systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware and network issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for reference
  • Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and improvements
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical challenges
  • Provide technical support during peak business hours to ensure seamless operations

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in system implementation, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems and retail technology infrastructure
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and network configuration
  • Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
