Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Configure and troubleshoot servers, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure secure connectivity for the organization.
- Monitor system performance and availability, responding to incidents and resolving technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery planning to safeguard business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software deployments and hardware upgrades.
- Enforce IT security policies and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect company data and assets.
- Provide technical support and training to staff members regarding network usage and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system and network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setting.
