Join Elitez Group as a System/Network Engineer and become a critical part of our dynamic IT infrastructure team. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert Level 2 support for complex systems, servers, networking devices, and firewall configurations while ensuring seamless daily IT operations. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, optimize network performance, and implement robust security measures to protect our digital assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Level 2 technical support for systems, servers, networking equipment, and firewall configurations
- Monitor and maintain daily IT operations to ensure optimal system performance and uptime
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity problems
- Configure, manage, and maintain security infrastructure including firewalls and VPNs
- Implement system updates, patches, and security protocols
- Document network configurations, procedures, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement infrastructure improvements
- Perform regular system audits and vulnerability assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in system/network administration or similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with firewall management (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)
- Proficiency in server administration (Windows Server, Linux)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or MCSE preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
