Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control real-time power system operations to ensure grid stability and reliability
- Analyze system performance data and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with transmission and distribution teams for seamless power delivery
- Prepare and maintain operational logs, reports, and compliance documentation
- Implement safety protocols and operational procedures to mitigate risks
- Participate in system upgrades, maintenance projects, and performance optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field
- Relevant experience in power system operations, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of grid operations, control systems, and industry regulations
- Proficiency in SCADA systems and operational monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
