Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the operational integrity of RAPID automated systems to ensure maximum uptime.
- Perform regular system health checks, diagnostic assessments, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in real-time, coordinating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage system configurations and updates, ensuring all software and hardware components are synchronized.
- Provide technical support and training to on-site personnel regarding system usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Science) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system operations, maintenance, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL) or basic scripting for automation is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment to support 24/7 operational requirements.
