Fairlane Automotive Ventures, Inc. (FAVI) is looking for a dedicated and technically proficient System Specialist to join our Head Office team in Central Visayas. As a key member of our Information & Communication Technology department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of our core business systems. This position is designed for a professional who excels in bridging the gap between internal technical requirements and external system providers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of system concerns, ensuring that every technical hurdle is addressed with precision and speed. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for all system-related concern escalations originating from the Head Office and branch locations.
- Liaise directly with external system providers to ensure all technical issues are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor system performance and perform regular audits to identify potential vulnerabilities or areas for improvement.
- Document all system issues, troubleshooting steps, and final resolutions to build a comprehensive internal knowledge base.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements for vendors.
- Provide technical guidance and basic training to internal staff regarding system updates and best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on system uptime, vendor performance, and pending tickets for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in technical support, system administration, or a similar IT specialist role.
- Strong experience in vendor management and coordinating with third-party service providers.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software and system integration issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Willingness to work on-site at the FAVI Head Office in Central Visayas.
- Knowledge of automotive industry ERPs or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is a significant advantage.
