Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mission-critical automation systems
- Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Perform regular maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system support or technical engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of automation systems and control systems
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
