Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network incidents
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive security measures
- Document IT processes, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate on system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations
- Ensure data integrity through backup/recovery procedures
- Train end-users on system usage and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and networking protocols
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
- CompTIA Network+/Security+ or equivalent certifications preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
