Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive deskside support to end-users including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Manage and maintain system infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and security protocols to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system problems
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in system support and engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) preferred
