Manila Doctors Hospital is seeking a highly strategic and experienced System Support Head to lead our IT infrastructure initiatives. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee the daily operations of the Data Center, ensuring the high availability, reliability, and performance of our critical hospital systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and mentor the IT System Support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Data Center, ensuring 24/7 system uptime and availability.
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT security policies to protect physical hardware, networks, and data assets.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for critical IT infrastructure and support services.
- Conduct regular system audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning exercises.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to align IT solutions with operational needs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT support, system administration, or data center management.
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing a team of IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or Cisco/Microsoft (preferred).
- Excellent understanding of physical and logical security protocols and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
