Join our dynamic IT team at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre as a System Technician, where you'll serve as the first point of contact for all IT support needs. This critical role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PC hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications to ensure seamless operations across our healthcare facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for all hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Document all IT issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates
- Assist with IT security measures and protocols
- Train staff on proper use of IT systems and equipment
- Collaborate with the IT team on system improvements and upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
