- Design and execute automated test scripts for mission-critical air traffic control systems
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functionality, performance, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, document, and track defects with detailed severity assessments
- Validate system resilience under high-load and failure scenarios
- Continuously optimize testing methodologies and automation frameworks
- Ensure adherence to DO-178C and aviation safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in system testing with automation focus
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for test script development
- Expertise with Selenium, JUnit, or similar automation frameworks
- Familiarity with aviation or safety-critical systems testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Experience with performance and security testing tools
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
