Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure including hardware, software, and virtual environments
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to protect data integrity
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement timely resolutions
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
- Provide technical support to users and document IT procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and network administration
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is advantageous
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
