- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications
- Document existing workflows and identify opportunities for system optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Design and implement efficient system solutions aligned with business objectives
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot system components to ensure reliability
- Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and maintenance
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows and technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in requirement gathering methodologies and documentation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with system development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is advantageous
