As we advance our NetSuite and SAP initiatives, you will play a critical role in system design, implementation, and post-go-live optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our enterprise architecture supports the global growth and performance standards expected of the ASICS brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for ERP (NetSuite/SAP) transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable system designs.
- Manage end-to-end testing phases, including UAT, data migration validation, and performance benchmarking.
- Provide expert post-go-live support, troubleshooting system bottlenecks and enhancing workflows for operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced analytics to monitor system performance and provide data-backed recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT departments to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Develop training documentation and provide user support to ensure high adoption rates across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, specifically within ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale system implementation and digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and ERP reporting modules.
- Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment while managing multiple project priorities.
