Tanggung Jawab
- Gather and analyze detailed business requirements from stakeholders to define system functionalities and user needs.
- Design and document comprehensive system specifications, technical architecture, and process flows.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance (QA), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee deliverable quality.
- Identify process gaps and recommend strategic improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and technical reports.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems to ensure business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between non-technical and technical teams.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
