You will be responsible for analyzing complex workflows, designing integrated system solutions, and optimizing our operational infrastructure to support our mission of delivering world-class healthcare. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for system optimization and automation.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software solutions with existing hospital information systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture diagrams, user manuals, and process flows.
- Conduct rigorous system testing and quality assurance to ensure performance standards are met before deployment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational system issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend upgrades to ensure reliability and security.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to manage third-party system implementations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in database management (SQL) and system integration protocols (API/REST).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati City consistently.
