Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications for biotech systems
- Design, implement, and optimize IT solutions supporting laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with research workflows
- Perform system testing, debugging, and documentation of technical processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and system monitoring
- Provide tier-3 technical support for enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to biotech data management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Systems Analyst in biotech/pharma or regulated industries
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and API integration technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with laboratory information systems (LIMS) or scientific data platforms
- Certification in systems analysis (e.g., CBAP, ITIL) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
