Are you a seasoned Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Core Banking systems? PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team for a strategic transformation project. In this role, you will act as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring the seamless delivery of critical banking solutions.
As a key member of our IT division, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Temenos Core Banking systems. You will lead requirement gathering sessions, translate complex business needs into precise functional specifications, and drive stakeholder alignment to ensure project success. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale banking transformation initiatives in the heart of Singapore.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to document comprehensive business and functional requirements (BRDs/FRDs).
- Perform detailed gap analysis between current banking processes and target Temenos system architecture.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure development aligns with project milestones and system standards.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, including test plan creation, script execution, and defect management.
- Facilitate clear communication between business units and IT developers to resolve integration challenges.
- Support the transformation roadmap by identifying process improvements and system optimizations.
- Ensure rigorous documentation of project lifecycles and compliance with banking security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst within the Banking/Financial Services sector.
- Proven hands-on experience with Temenos Core Banking systems is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in writing detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
