- Lead 24x7 infrastructure operations for Windows Server and Intel environments
- Guide and mentor team of systems analysts through technical challenges
- Own end-to-end incident response for critical system failures
- Implement and optimize monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Architect system configurations for maximum availability and security
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure resilience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology integrations
- Document operational procedures and knowledge base articles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
- 8+ years in Windows/Intel infrastructure management
- 5+ years leading technical teams or mentoring analysts
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell
- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills
- VMware vSphere/Hyper-V virtualization experience
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
