As the Deal Desk Lead, you will architect and optimize complex deal workflows, ensuring that every transaction is structured for maximum efficiency, compliance, and profitability. You will design scalable systems that support our rapid growth, providing technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain the architecture of the Deal Desk platform and related systems.
- Lead the technical evaluation and configuration of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to streamline deal approval workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and analysts.
- Analyze complex deal structures, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure data integrity and robust reporting capabilities for management insights.
- Drive the automation of manual processes within the deal lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in systems architecture and sales technology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience with Deal Desk, CPQ (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus), or Billing Systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud platforms).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English).
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, integration patterns (ETL, ESB), and reporting.
- Experience in the BPO / IT Services industry is a strong plus.
- Certifications in TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP, or Salesforce are highly desirable.
