In this pivotal role, you will act as a primary security guardian, ensuring the integrity, availability, and performance of our enterprise IT systems.
As a Systems Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing complex infrastructure environments, implementing robust security protocols, and overseeing database operations that support academic and administrative excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize our IT landscape, mitigate potential threats, and ensure compliance with institutional security standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure and database systems to support university-wide operations.
- Act as the primary security guardian for NIE systems, proactively identifying vulnerabilities and deploying remediation strategies.
- Perform regular system audits, health checks, and performance tuning to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Manage database migrations, upgrades, and patch management processes in alignment with security best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into resilient and scalable technical architecture solutions.
- Establish and enforce robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on systems administration and security policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in systems administration, database management, or infrastructure security.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-level database environments (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, network architecture, and cloud infrastructure platforms.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage cross-departmental projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced academic environment with complex security requirements.
