Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop efficient engineering systems and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and root cause analysis for system failures.
- Create detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation using CAD software.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry codes.
- Perform regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify improvement areas.
- Assist in the procurement and installation of new system components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in systems design or industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Willingness to adhere to the company dress code: Polo shirt, pants, and closed shoes.
