Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of availability and performance.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability for both internal and external users.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes.
- Maintain comprehensive security, backup, and redundancy strategies across the enterprise network.
- Write and maintain custom scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to increase system efficiency and reduce manual intervention time.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to resolve complex infrastructure and system issues.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and technology procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows or Linux-based environments.
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., IIS, Apache, Nginx).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Docker.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Solid networking knowledge, including OSI network layers, TCP/IP, DNS, and firewall configurations.
- Relevant professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or VCP are highly advantageous.
