- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance server infrastructure across global datacenters
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization solutions
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and integrate new trading applications
- Manage system configurations, updates, and patches across the global infrastructure
- Respond to and resolve system incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on trading operations
- Document system architecture, procedures, and best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, network administration, or related role
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and Windows Server environments
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with network protocols, security best practices, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
