Are you a skilled Systems Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to manage critical infrastructure? Integrated OS is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Muntinlupa City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our technical operations, focusing on high-level service delivery and project support. You will be responsible for technical escalation, ensuring that our clients receive seamless support across their technology stack.
Your expertise will be pivotal in managing our Microsoft environment, including Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. You will oversee endpoint management, server maintenance, and virtualization solutions using VMware. Additionally, you will implement and monitor robust backup strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments including Azure, VMware, and on-premise servers.
- Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and escalation for end-users.
- Administer and secure Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Monitor system performance and health to ensure 99.9% availability.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks, patches, and updates across endpoints and servers.
- Design and implement disaster recovery solutions and backup strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver IT solutions and support business initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or System Administrator.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
- Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization platforms.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, server administration, and endpoint management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
