Tanggung Jawab
- Act as primary technical contact for automotive clients, serving as the trusted advisor for all technical inquiries
- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions to document customer needs and technical specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to promote and implement customer requirements into product roadmaps
- Develop technical documentation including system specifications, implementation plans, and validation protocols
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers
- Identify and resolve technical roadblocks during implementation phases
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure solution efficacy and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering or technical customer-facing roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex customer requirements into technical specifications
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and implementation validation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in requirement management tools and technical documentation systems
- Experience in cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder management
