Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage complex IT infrastructure and cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics, and proactively troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues.
- Execute regular system updates, patches, and backups to maintain security and minimize downtime.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols to protect organizational data.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business requirements.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and guidance to end-users and junior staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Systems Engineer or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
