PSA Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer (Digital Workspace) to join our Enterprise Infrastructure & Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable digital workspace solutions that empower our global workforce.
You will play a critical role in managing modern endpoint management systems, virtualization technologies, and collaborative platforms, ensuring peak performance and robust security across the enterprise. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade digital workspace solutions, including VDI, DaaS, and mobility management systems.
- Configure and maintain endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM) to ensure compliance and security patching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate collaborative software suites and cloud-based productivity tools.
- Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, and conduct root-cause analysis for infrastructure-related incidents.
- Develop and document operational procedures, architecture diagrams, and system configurations for IT excellence.
- Execute lifecycle management for hardware and software assets to optimize resource utilization and budget efficiency.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives to enhance automation and self-service capabilities for internal users.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in systems engineering, focused on desktop infrastructure and digital workspace management.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows 10/11 ecosystem, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Cloud-based identity services.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware Horizon, Citrix, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Deep understanding of IT security best practices, group policies, and end-user computing security standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
