Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and implement healthcare IT systems including HIS, EMR, and ancillary infrastructure
- Configure, upgrade, and maintain system components to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with minimal downtime to maintain critical healthcare services
- Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, PDPA, HL7 standards)
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies for scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for seamless system integration and customization
- Document system configurations, procedures, and maintenance activities
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on system usage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration with healthcare IT systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and network infrastructure
- Experience with healthcare-specific systems (HIS, EMR, PACS) and HL7 standards
- Expertise in system security protocols and healthcare data protection regulations
- CompTIA Network+/Server+ or Microsoft certifications preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in clinical environments
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
